The Easytherm 3.5 is the mid-size workshop model in TM Induction Heating’s Easytherm series, built for controlled heating during bearing installation in both service and production settings. It increases capacity for larger bearings and other parts, supporting workpieces up to 70 kg with a maximum outer diameter of 370 mm.
Key functions include Temperature Mode with sensor control from 0°C to 240°C, plus Time Mode for repeatable production work where the workpiece stays the same. This lets you choose between temperature-driven heating for accuracy and time-driven heating for throughput. Standard Auto Demagnetizing and Temperature Hold support a clean, stable heating cycle.
Designed for frequent daily use, the Easytherm 3.5 stays robust, easy to operate, and maintenance-free. It is suitable for sealed and shielded bearings, pre-greased bearings, and bearings with polyamide cages, so you can run many common bearing types with the same setup.
The following yokes are included with Easytherm 3.5:
14 x 14, 25 x 24, 50 x 48. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. A magnetic temperature sensor with a length of 1000 mm is included as well.
