The SURETHERM PRO 3X is the large-scale industrial model in TM Induction Heating’s SURETHERM range, built for controlled heating of very large bearings, gears, and other parts. It is designed for heavy-duty applications, delivering reliable, tension-free heating for parts up to 800 kg and larger diameters in demanding environments.
Key functions include dual-sensor operation and ramp mode for controlled, repeatable heating cycles. The unit features an industrial touchscreen for fast setup, real-time monitoring, and heating graph display. Heating cycle data can be exported via USB for traceability, and firmware updates are supported throughout the product’s life cycle.
Designed for heavy industry, the SURETHERM PRO 3X combines capacity with improved handling for large workpieces. A robust work area and heavy-duty yoke concept support safer positioning and repeatable results, making it a solid choice where high power, process control, and operator efficiency are required.
The following yokes are included with SURETHERM PRO 3X: 100 x 100. Additional yoke sizes are listed in our Datasheet. Two magnetic temperature sensors with a length of 1000 mm are included as well.
